Dave King looked a bag of nerves as he fronted Steven Gerrard’s media conference at Ibrox today.
The South African based criminal had flown in for the event despite missing both of the recent derby matches against Celtic.
King had no comment to add about the departures of directors Paul Murray and Barry Scott on Wednesday, no comment or investment or his court dealings with the Takeover Appeal Board.
Stevie G hasn’t joined the King circus and the appointment is not an isolated event. More news to follow.

It appears that almost all doors are closing on the current Sevco chairman after three years of trying to avoid making an offer to shareholders out-with his concert party.
Last month Douglas Park was given the newly created post of deputy chairman which many interpreted as a move towards taking control of the club with King stepping down.
At the end of February the Court of Session ruled that an offer of 20p per share had to be made to all shareholders, King has missed the deadline for the prospectus and also completing the offer which should have been tasked by the end of April.
