Sevco fans are split down the middle over a return and possible investment from Dave Murray.
Dave King is expected to host a media conference today with hand picked reports to pass on moonbeams about how a company which appears to be trading while insolvent can fund a major spending spree.
For whole generations of Ibrox fans Murray remains a hero having delivered all of their dreams except for success in Europe.
A five star stadium, 9-in-a-row, Gazza, Laudrup and putting Celtic in their place are all credited to the Edinburgh based businessman who ran out of steam in 2011 when he sold the company for £1 to Craig Whyte.
I know a lot of things have happened over the years and this man didn’t explain himself to us all but if Sir David Murray ploughs £20 million into us then shut the fuck up! End

David Murray is the single biggest reason for what happened to the club.

Don’t make us laugh.Should never, ever be welcome again at Ibrox.

The last seven years have revealed how Murray sucked £6m in EBT payments from the club while selling off every worthwhile revenue stream to his own companies before exiting ahead of Her Majesty sending them into liquidation.
With Celtic triumphant again many fans see Murray as the only man to bring success with the last seven years bringing only pain, suffering, humiliation and embarrassment to their superiority complex.
Dave King has effectively put share dealing into mothballs, should he appear at today’s media conference it’s unlikely that there will be any substance other than moonbeams tomorrow in a desperate bid to sell season tickets- again.
While the SFA fined and banned Craig Whyte from any future involvement in football Murray has never been charged or punished despite withholding player payment details and fielding ineligible players for more than a decade.
