Sevco are hoping to fund the Ge55ard Revolution with a fire sale of this season’s failures.

According to a report in The Scotsman James Tavernier, Wes Foderingham, Alfredo Morelos and Josh Windass are all being offered for sale.

All four signed new improved contracts in the last four months but it seems that word is out that Sevco need to bring in cash to fund this summer’s revolution.

Director of Football Mark Allen has been charged with masterminding this summer’s revolution but has little chance of raising any money from Pedro Caixinha’s signings other than Morelos.

Having claimed that an £11m bid from China was rejected in February selling the Colombian for less than a third of that figure will require great imagination.

Other players such as Jason Holt, Andy Halliday and Micky O’Halloran are contracted until 2020 with little hope of getting their Sevco deals matched elsewhere.

So far Scott Arfield has signed up for the Ge55ard revolution with season ticket sales expected to reach 40,000 to keep the lights on through the summer.
