Leigh Griffiths has jumped to the defence of Dedryck Boyata after a Hibs fan slaughtered the hoops defender.
With Vincent Kompany injured Boyata stepped into the Belgium side that beat Panama 3-0 in their opening World Cup match.
Roberto Martinez has a squad made up from the best teams in England with today’s second goal made in Manchester as City’s Kevin De Bruyne crossed for United striker Romelu Lukaku to head into the net.
Anyone who thinks Belgium can win this tournament needs to wake up. Boyatta playing at the back is enough to tell you about these jokers

Many Celtic fans are less than convinced by Boyata but the former Manchester City defender has the complete confidence of Brendan Rodgers.
After being injured when the Irishman took over from Ronny Deila, Boyata made only one appearance before the winter break in 2017 but has been a regular ever since- playing his part in five of the six trophies that Celtic have won under Rodgers.
Boyata has one year left on his Celtic contract with the club keen to get him signed up onto a new deal.
