Micky O’Halloran is on his way to Melbourne City, according to a report in The Sun.
Despite another change of management at Ibrox it has been made clear to O’Halloran that he has no future at the club.
Through his agent it was claimed that the winger had requested a cup final ticket for the neutral area at Hampden in order to study Motherwell after they had shown interest in signing the 25-year-old.
Now it looks like his future could be 10,535 miles south of Fir Park as he attempts to rebuild his career after a disastrous move to Ibrox.
Celtic soon put paid to that notion by running away with the 2016/17 with the careers of O’Halloran and Warburton nose-diving together.
