Sevco misfit Carlos Pena has joined Club Necaxa on loan!

The midfielder is reportedly in a rehab centre in Mexico City after his loan move to Cruz Azul was cut short.

Pedro Caixinha took Pena to Cruz Azul during the January transfer window but was forced to cancel that deal due to constant disciplinary problems.

Sevco paid £3m for Pena last summer but the player struggled to find the fitness needed for the Scottish game.

Caretaker boss Graeme Murty gave him a run of games but as soon as the transfer window opened the self-styled Gullit was on his way back to Mexico.

Pena infuriated Sevco fans when he was filmed blowing his nose on Sevco shorts on his way to taking his medical with Cruz Azul.

The midfielder is under contract at Ibrox until June 2020 and is believed to be one of the highest earners- picking up close to £30,000 per week.
