Show Racism The Red Card (Scotland) has again demonstrated it’s reluctance to, er, show the red card to racism.
Yesterday afternoon thousands of people were disgusted by the actions of a Sevco fan as he took a video of himself laughing as he abused Macedonian children with racist language.
The sort of actions that you’d imagine SRTRC (Scotland) would be disgusted by and eager to see eliminated from Scottish life.
Show Racism the Red Card Scotland are disgusted by the racism and dehumanisation in this film will be working with Scottish football to identify and ban this so-called football fan. If anyone has any information, please can they contact us.

Why do you not mention that the club this racist individual follows is newco rangers? Is it fear of the right wing fascists in this bigoted wee country ,or is your farce of an organisation being a puppet of the state? You come across as total cowards.

Are you too scared to name and shame the club they support or does that not fit this weeks agenda? HH
— Celtic Gossip (@CelticGossip) July 18, 2018
Come on then name and shame! Quick enough to tag Celtic in on a unproven allegation last week. You have a video which clearly shows the horrible face of racism yet not naming or tagging the club associated with it even with this clear and hard evidence. Poor show.

A football fan. Would you like me to make an appointment for you to get your balls sewn back on?
— Richard McGinley (@Richiestoke) July 18, 2018
Sure, they supported Sevco, if that helps.

He was not a football fan he was a sevco fan. Are you scared to mention the club in your tweet. I wonder why

The silence is deafening. An absolute joke of an organisation. Give it up not fit for purpose and obviously biased against one club in particular.

SRTRC, for your information it was NOT a Celtic fan in Skopje, just clarifying that wee part up for you. Don’t want you getting confused on that now.

i ask you 1 question, why have you refused to name the club he supports, you couldn’t wait to name celtic in the logan charges, which have no evidence to prove his false claims,so come on name & shame the club & supporter, until you do there will be no respect shown to your charity

At lunchtime today the campaign group finally got round to commenting on the incident, or did they?
Showing the bravery of a mouse they refused to name which club the person involved supported.
Their comment failed to do anything for those that wish to show racism the red card.
A mention of the team supported by the racist and the country he was visiting would have been helpful.
Was it a Spartans fan visiting Paisley for the Betfred Cup tie with St Mirren or perhaps a Dundee United fan in Dingwall for the match against Ross County?
It appears that other than staging work shops, photo opportunities and picking up grants SRTRC (Scotland) has little interest or intention of tackling the biggest source of racism in Scottish football.
