Manchester City duo Jason Denayer and Patrick Roberts won’t be returning to Celtic.
There has been some speculation that either or both are on their way back to Celtic but that won’t be happening.
Denayer is expected to sign a third loan deal with Galatasaray while Roberts is expected to get a crack at EPL football with Huddersfield Town.
Today is the last day of the English transfer window with frantic business going on to get players brought in.
Brendan Rodgers has made it known that he doesn’t expect anyone to be moving south from Celtic which should kill off Fulham’s interest in Dedryck Boyata despite an initial bid of £9m.
Celtic are expected to complete deals for Emilio Izaguirre and Daniel Arzani with the Australian completing his move from Melbourne City to Manchester City this morning.
Both players will sign two year deals with Arzani arriving on loan.
