A number of Portuguese news agencies have linked Olivier Ntcham with a move to FC Porto, with the initial claim coming from Radio Monte Carlo.
The midfielder joined Celtic a year ago and cemented a regular first team place in the second half of the season- scoring in the semi and final of the Scottish Cup.
West Ham were recently credited with an interest in Ntcham but with a contract running until 2021 Celtic have no intention of selling the former Manchester City midfielder.
Amusing Zero Zero reports:
However, according to the same source, Catholics are open to a possible sale of the 22-year-old player if the club fails to gain access to the Champions League Group Stage ( 1×1 against AEK in the first leg of the third qualifying round of the test).
Ntcham will be a key figure for Celtic tomorrow night as they attempt to progress into the play off round of the Champions League.
Alongside Scott Brown the French u-21 international has become a key player in the Celtic midfield, scoring a crucial goal against Rosenborg to help see off the Norwegian champions.
Reaching the group phase could bring in around £40m to the club with the Europa League worth around a quarter of that figure.
