Recently there has been a change in tone from the Irishman who has made a division between what he terms as the football side and the business side of the club.
Rodgers knows the limitations of Celtic’s transfer policy but has been happy to grow the club, appreciating the coaching and development benefits of working outside the bubble of the EPL.
