Dedryck Boyata has been pictured training with the Celtic first team for the first time since missing the Champions League qualifier against AEK Athens.
While the defender claimed that he was injured and posted a video on Instagram showing treatment for a back injury his manager had a different opinion.
Interviewed pitch-side before the match Brendan Rodgers stated that the Belgian World Cup defender wasn’t injured.

Boyata trained with the Celtic youth squad at the end of last week but after a meeting with Brendan Rodgers a peace deal seems to have been brokered.
Having the 27-year-old training with the first team and playing in the Europa League will make a transfer slightly easier with Sevilla the most likely destination for the defender who is out of contract at the end of this season.
Boyata is likely to start tomorrow’s match against Suduva alongside Kris Ajer in central defence.
