Kieran Tierney and Callum McGregor are the only Celtic players in the Scotland side to face Israel tonight.

Despite scoring four goals against St Johnstone on Sunday James Forrest has to settle for a place on the bench while Craig Gordon steps aside for a goalkeeper who was banned by the SFA in 2008.

Scotland go into the match on the back of a 2-0 win over Albania in their opening match in the Nations League.

Israel lost their opener away to Albania which means that a home win tonight will leave all three countries on three points after two matches.

Steven Naismith and Jonny Russell start up front for Scotland with all eyes on them to produce the goods after McLeish’s treatment of Leigh Griffiths.

During his time in charge of Rangers (IL) McLeish received disguised remuneration of £1.7m which he now has to pay income tax, national insurance, penalties and interest on.
