Andy Gray brought a burst of honesty to broadcasting as he reacted to yesterday’s Scottish football results.
A 0-0 draw between Livingston and Celtic coupled with Sevco’s 7-1 win over Motherwell means that there are only two points between the two Glasgow clubs.

“Not for long,” Gray stated during beIN’s Sunday football show when informed of the reduced gap between the two sides. “We play them soon. Come on Steven. ”
Gray was brought up in Drumchapel and signed for Dundee United in the early seventies when Jim McLean was in charge.
He soon moved south to join Aston Villa before moving on to Wolves and Everton where he made no bones about his support for the old Rangers (IL) club.
In 1989 Graeme Souness signed Gray for Rangers (IL) but his knees were gone although he did pick up a Scottish Cup runners-up medal from his time at Ibrox.
