Remember, remember the seventh of November!
It doesn’t quite have a ring to it but it’s a date that has provided Celtic fans with two of the most memorable matches in recent times falling on that date.
Most recently it was the date that the world first heard of Tony Watt. The kid from Coatbridge had already made a few appearances and scored a couple of goals but back in 2012 he was about to enter folklore.
Leading by a first half header from Victor Wanyama the clock was ticking too slowly in the second half when Fraser Forster launched a long ball into the sky.
Watt seized the moment, took his chance and fired Celtic two goals in front. No one who watched it will ever forget it.

Fourteen years earlier there was another full-house at Celtic Park, few were to know what was about to unfold as Dick Advocaat’s superstars visited the home of the champions.
Dr Jo Venglos had cut an unconvincing figure as Celtic boss, lining up against Rangers (IL) he had on loan Tony Warner in goals, new signing Johan Mjallby making his debut and an ageing Slovakian, Lubo Moravcik in his starting XI.

Ninety minutes later legends had been born, Celtic won 5-1, Moravcik got two as did Henrik Larsson with Mark Burchill also on the scoresheet.
Remember. Remember. Who could forget?
