Billy Stark has named five Celtic players in the Scotland u-19 side to face Sweden today.

A draw will be good enough to see Scotland top their group and progress to the next stage after wins over Wales and San Marino.

Ryan Mullen, Daniel Church and Kerr McInroy sat out Saturday’s 5-0 win over San Marino but are restored to the side for today’s match which kicks off at 3pm. Robbie Deas and Jack Aitchison retain their places in the starting XI.

With Sweden beating San Marino 2-1 and losing by the same scoreline to Wales Scotland should be strong favourites to pick up the point required.

The group winners will progress to a four team qualifying group in the spring time with seven nations joining Armenia in the finals in May.

Ibrox starlet Glenn Middleton played in the opening group match against Wales before being withdrawn by his club.

There has been no comment from the SFA on that matter although they did refuse Falkirk a request for Zak Rudden to be made available for their first team match on Saturday against Partick Thistle.
