Dave King has been exposed as a liar at the Court of Session.
The South African based criminal has always been a stranger with the truth, his business career has been one long legal battle trying to avoid serving time in jail.
During one of his biggest court battles he was described by a South African based judge as a glib and shameless liar after his tax issues were exposed.
Dave King also listed key investors who he says have told him they won’t take up the offer of 20p per share, including Sandy Easdale. Easdale has since told the BBC he has not given that undertaking. #Rangers.

King, at the time a director in the old Rangers club had to pay the equivalent of £44m to avoid a life sentence and later explained to the gullible that it was a favourable settlement.
Over the last two days he has been facing Contempt of Court charges at at the Court of Session after refusing to make an offer of 20p per share to those outwith his 2015 concert party takeover.
King’s regime change ousted Sandy and James Easdale from the blue room of unsurpassed dignity after the Inverclyde businessmen had invested in the club formed by Charles Green in 2012.
King’s case continues at the Court of Session this afternoon.
