Almost no one was spared criticism today as Celtic crashed to a 2-0 defeat at Hibs.
Injury forced Brendan Rodgers into making four changes and a switch in formation with no successes on the day other than late substitute Mikey Johnston.
The defeat left Celtic in third place in the table and although they have games in hand on the top two today’s performance was concerning.
This morning Brendan Rodgers revealed his need for two new strikers with Chris Sutton believing that a heavy spend in January is essential to get Celtic back on course.
Ntcham is a weak link for me. Sinclair will never get back to what he was. Hayes shouldn’t even get on the bench. It’s worrying we don’t have 1 decent back up striker coming through.

they are all a disgrace and not fit to wear the hoops, Rodgers needs to open his eyes and drop Gordon before he costs us the title, sold many good ones and never got good cover, sick of this losing with no fight, not 1 shot on target first half

Hayes – one of Aberdeens best players 2 seasons ago
Morgan – one of St Mirrens best players last season
Mulumbu – one of Killies best players last season
Scott Allan – one of Hibs best players last season
Still, time for Celtic to buy more players in Jan

Truth is the only ones that put any real effort in were the 3 subs. 2nd to every ball and hibs were keen and deserved the win 100%.. We actually managed to make Effe look good

Shocking performance from Celtic. Out fought and out played from start to finish.

Mikael Lustig and Kieran Tierney are likely to be back in the team to face Motherwell on Wednesday but Odsonne Edouard’s form around goal is the biggest worry- with no other strikers available.
Having the Frenchman in top form will be essential for next week’s trips to Pittodrie and Ibrox but suddenly the home matches against Motherwell and Dundee are looking more difficult.
