Celtic’s first team squad have been allocated just 20 tickets for next week’s Glasgow derby at Ibrox.

Last week the club announced that they would be accepting an allocation of just 750 tickets after raising concerns about safety.

Tickets are at an absolute premium with sponsors, investors and season ticket holders desperate to be among those cheering on the team at Ibrox.

Previously Celtic were given an allocation of 7,000 tickets for the whole of the Broomloan Road Stand which allowed players to get tickets for family and friends.

Celtic took more than 1,000 fans to each of their three Europa League away ties but it’s believed that just over 300 tickets are to be allocated to season ticket holders leaving a lot of fans out in the cold.

Travel arrangements for the match has still to be finalised with Celtic supporters expected to be taken by buses leaving from Celtic Park.
