TEAM NEWS: Tierney and Brown drop out

Scott Brown drops onto the bench today for Celtic’s home clash with Kilmarnock with Kieran Tierney missing out altogether.

Emilio Izaguirre comes in for a very rare SPFL start while there are also starting places for James Forrest, Tom Rogic and Scott Sinclair.

Rodgers made seven changes in midweek for the visit to Motherwell following the Betfred Cup Final win over Aberdeen at Hampden.

Today’s side looks much more like the A-team despite the importance of Thursday’s crucial Europa League tie against RB Salzburg.

The dropped points at Motherwell on Wednesday night cost Celtic the chance to move into top spot but a win over Killie this afternoon.
