Three days after the internet was awash with rumours of Celtic’s renewed interest in Scott McKenna the defender has been sighted in Glasgow- preparing for a radio interview with Hearts Scotland radio station.
With four days to fill before Celtic are next in action that radio interview has created a frenzy of speculation as to the future of the Aberdeen defender.

Why he would be in Glasgow during the transfer window is something of a mystery when it would have seemed logical for Hearts Scotland to visit Pittodrie to record the interview.
Celtic have still to make any signings to strengthen their defence with opinion divided on McKenna.
Two years ago he was struggling to get a game on loan at Ayr United but after 15 months in the Aberdeen first team it seems like he can do no wrong.
Aston Villa were reported to have tabled an offer approaching £6m including add-ons during the summer transfer window.
That was rejected by his club but being tied to a contract until 2023 won’t sit easily for a player who could expect a signing on fee close to £1m and have his wages multiply five times up to £20,000/week.
Brendan Rodgers won’t be speaking to the media until he previews Saturday’s match with Airdrie United, until then, and after, all sorts of speculation is bound to be flying around.
