Team News: All change! Tierney, Henderson Bitton start!

Kieran Tierney makes his first Celtic appearance in more than two months with Ewan Henderson and Nir Botton making their first starting appearances of the season.

Te return of Tierney, wearing the captains armband is a big boost for the hoops after some concerns that he may require surgery on a hip injury which could have ended his season.

Bitton and Henderson have the task of replacing Scott Brown and Callum McGregor who have been central to Celtic’s eight match domestic winning run.

Motherwell come to Celtic Park on the back of six successive wins in the SPFL which has lifted them into contention for a place in the top six.

Last week Stephen Robinson’s side enjoyed a 2-1 win over Hearts thanks to a last minute howler from Jambos keeper Colin Doyle.

In December Celtic were held to a 1-1 draw at Fir Park after Kevin Clancy decided to disallow a perfectly good effort from Filip Benkovic, Clancy is in charge again today.
