Team News: Rodgers makes three changes for Killie clash

Brendan Rodgers has made three changes to his side to face Kilmarnock following the defeat against Valencia.

Jonny Hayes, Kris Ajer and Odsonne Edouard come into the starting XI with Emilio Izaguirre, Jozo Simunovic and Oliver Burke dropping out.

Before the midweek disappointment against Valencia Celtic had gone on a seven match domestic winning run during which they hadn’t conceded a single goal.

That burst of form took the hoops six point clear at the top of the SPFL with a win today giving Brendan Rodgers’ side the chance to open up an eight point lead at the top of the table.

After losing in their two previous trips to Rugby Park there will be no prospect of any complacency from the visitors who have only won four matches away from home this season.
