Neil Lennon will count the cost tomorrow of Celtic’s victory in the Glasgow derby.

The three points are very welcome but it seems certain that the hoops will face Aberdeen in the semi final of the Scottish Cup in a fortnight without Dedryck Boyata and Kieran Tierney.

With Filip Benkovic failing to make the bench today Lennon faces an anxious wait to see what sort of side he will have available for the clash against Derek McInnes’ side.

Kieran Tierney was an injury doubt before the match and pulled up midway through the second half to be replaced by Jeremy Toljan.

The German had barely settled into the left-back role when Boyata pulled his hamstring forcing Celtic down to ten men with all of their substitutes used up.

Olivier Ntcham and Tom Rogic both saw their first club action of 2019, their reaction to the match will be checked before they are considered for Wednesday’s match away to St Mirren.
