Kieran Tierney looks likely to be for for Sunday’s Glasgow derby.

The defender missed both of Scotland’s European Championship ties, returning home to Celtic after missing Thursday’s match in Kazakhstan.

Tierney recently missed over two months of action due to a pelvic issue but played in the five matches leading up to the international break.

Now, a report originating in the print edition of the Daily Mail, has provided Celtic fans with some good news while question marks emerge over other defenders.

Mikael Lustig and Dedryck Boyata failed to complete their weekend internationals with the Swede having a thigh issue while Boyata missed Belgium’s win over Cyprus due to a personal issue.

Kris Ajer will be in action for Norway tomorrow night against Sweden after which Neil Lennon can get down to getting his defensive plans in place for a match where a win will put Celtic 13 points clear at the top of the SPFL table.
