Chris Sutton believes that Celtic need a centre-forward but right at the death of today’s match at Dundee Odsonne Edouard provided a reminder of his value and ability.
Just like he did at Tynecastle last month the French striker provided a stoppage time winner to provide three precious points.
Lack of a consistent centre forward has been a huge problem all season for Celtic…

Scoring from James Forrest’s cut back with 95 minutes on the clock Edouard’s goal sent Celtic into the international break 10 points clear at the top of the SPFL table.
For the third away game running Celtic left it late to find the winning goal with Scott Brown’s deflected effort at Kilmarnock kicking off that sequence.
Dundee had scraped and spoiled throughout the match but when the fourth official indicated that there would be six additional minutes their tactics back-fired.
As a bonus for Neil Lennon he saw Callum McGregor play the full 90 minutes after missing four matches through injury with Filip Benkovic also getting a late run in place of Kris Ajer who had a vision problem.
