Keevins knows how to stir the pot then stand back and listen to it all kick off as frustrated fans shed their loyalty to put the boot in to the latest messiah that has failed to deliver.
In recent times Ally McCoist, Mark Warburton and Pedro Caixinha have promised the earth to the Ibrox support whipped up by a spin operation that never fails to deliver.
Every close season hope is reborn, this will be the year as a new manager and set of players prepare to put Celtic in their place and bring an end to years of suffering and pain.
Steven Gerrard bought into it, he never once issued a note of caution and now he has to deal with the fall out as reality pays another visit.
