One highly emotional Celtic fan had a meltdown on Monday night- taking folk hostage with ransom demands including ‘a bag of cans and ah want Brendan Rodgers back tae’.
Three weeks ago Celtic fans were waking up to the news that the man ‘who was here for 10-in-a-row’ was quitting his dream job to give his life to Leicester City.

Supporters were devastated and shocked with those feelings switching to anger as details emerged of how Rodgers had apparently left in the dark of the night and tried to empty Celtic of their entire back-room staff.
Fortunately John Kennedy and Stevie Woods resisted the lure of the King Power Stadium with Neil Lennon drafted in as caretaker manager with the job of keeping Celtic on course for a Treble Treble.
Successive wins over Hearts and Hibs were greeted with delight by the Celtic support with Lennon’s emotion for the job evident in his celebrations at the last gasp winner against Dundee which stretched the lead at the top of the table to 10 points.
Hopefully the fan in the audio clip gets some of his wishes and can enjoy a win in the Glasgow derby helped along with a bag of cans!
