Stunning new footage has emerged of Ryan Jack’s attack on Scott Brown.
Straight after Celtic’s second goal the on loan Liverpool defender sent the Celtic defender hurling to the deck with an attack that is bound to attract the attention of the SFA Compliance Officer.

Apparently Bobby Madden and the three other match officials missed the incident. The East Kilbride based referee does have history for this sort of thing, last May he missed Steven Naismith jumping on Brown’s genitals, earlier this year he failed to notice Allan McGregor come off his line and kick Lewis Ferguson of Aberdeen on the shin.
Brown anticipated the punch coming from Kent, bounced back up quickly and refused to retaliate, expecting Madden to administer justice.
Incredibly the match referee went to the touchline to warn Neil Lennon about something or other, if Madden provided his players with an acceptable level of protection there would have been no need for the referee to speak to the Celtic manager.
