Neil Lennon is hoping to have a full squad to select from for Sunday’s match with Aberdeen but has admitted that he has a couple of injury worries.

Since the turn of the year Celtic’s media conferences have resembled medical bulletins with Lennon having to deal with a clutch of injuries since taking over from Brendan Rodgers.

Over the last couple of games Olivier Ntcham, Tom Rogic, Ryan Christie and Filip Benkovic have returned from injury but at the same time it looks like the season is over for Dedryck Boyata.

Lennon has given players game time with a view to Sunday’s match knowing that victory effectively takes the club to one match away from a treble treble.

Speaking to Celtic TV he said:

There was a nice freshness about them today, couple of wee injury worries but we’re hopeful that we’ll have a full squad come the weekend.

Asked to reveal more Lennon said that ‘he’ll keep that close to his chest’.

Lennon has won the Scottish Cup six times as a player and manager, winning the trophy in 2011 against Motherwell and two years later against Hibs.

Celtic have never won the Scottish Cup three years running but are now presented with that opportunity among all the other historical aspects of this season.
