The Reserve League Glasgow derby kicks off at 12 noon today at Firhill.

Both clubs are in contention to win the title, separated by three points with three matches left to play, but the match won’t be open to the public with only a very limited number of tickets available to players and their families.

Motherwell and Hibs are also in contention for the title but have a game left to play with a defeat for Celtic today tightening the race right up.

A win for Tommy McIntyre’s side would virtually put the title out of reach for the Ibrox side but with games coming up against Motherwell and St Johnstone the young hoops know that they can’t afford any slip ups.

Since the turn of the year Celtic have won all of their matches with the exception of a 3-3 draw away to St Mirren where they led 3-1 with 10 minutes left to play.

The twitter accounts of both clubs are likely to keep supporters upto date with progress of the match, Celtic face Motherwell next Monday at Stirling Albion’s ground with a date still to be set for their game against St Johnstone.
