Glasgow’s most famous landmarks were turned Green and White as Celtic fans celebrated the Treble Treble.

The volume of crowds around High Street and the Gallowgate meant that the open top bus was unable to take the route planned.

That news didn’t dampen the celebrations, nor did the weather, as Celtic fans celebrated in virtually every street in the city centre.

Located on Queen Street the Duke of Wellington Statue is rarely seen without a traffic cone, yesterday the cone was green and white with various fans climbing on board for a better view of the festivities.

Around 25,000 fans were lucky enough to get tickets for Hampden but across the city centre and beyond Celtic supporters gathered together to watch the match.

For a few minutes Ryan Edwards’ goal looked like trashing the celebrations but a double from Odsonne Edouard took the trophy to Celtic Park and ensured a summer of celebrations for hoops supporters.
