Alfredo Morelos has given another interview discussing a dream move to Spain or England.

The Colombian striker has signed three contracts in the last 24 months since moving from HJK Helsinki and been the subject of constant manufactured transfer speculation.

In January 2018 there were reports of interest from China with France and Turkey featuring over the last two transfer windows.

No concrete offer has been made with many outsiders believing that the interest is similar to the £6m valuation put on Barrie Mackay after playing a friendly in Germany.

After his fourth red card of the season Morelos hasn’t made Steven Gerrard’s starting XI in any of their last six fixtures but with the transfer window opening a familiar storyline is getting underway.

Covering an interview from Colombia, The Sun reports:

There is a lot of speculation about my possible departure, but there is nothing concrete yet.

I know that there are many interested clubs asking and as soon as there is something official I will be announcing it.

But I’m committed to Rangers just now. I’ve had a good season and many clubs are interested and hopefully everything will be done in the right way.

I dream of playing in a much better, more competitive league. I look at the English Premier League and the Spanish League. The leagues in France and Italy are very big leagues too and very competitive.

Morelos is expected to be left out of Colombia’s squad for the Copa America after failing to impress during the March friendlies.
