Three days before returning to Ibrox Odsonne Edouard made a much appreciated trip to Twitter.
In the build up to Saturday’s match the SPFL retweeted a clip of his winner in last season’s dramatic 3-2 Derby Day that put Celtic in full control in the title race.
one of the best moments ???????? https://t.co/w2MmXmvrXh

With Celtic down to 10 men following the red card given to Jozo Simunovic it looked like the hoops would park the bus to hang onto the point they had thanks to Moussa Dembele’s ‘whit’s the goalie dain Tam’ equaliser.
Edouard had a very definite mission on the day as he exposed the defensive failings of James Tavernier before guiding his shot around Wesley Foderingham into the net.
Jason Cummings joined Alfredo Morelos in attack as Graeme Murty’s side chased an equalised but at the final whistle Edouard was the hero as he accepted the acclaim of the 7,000 strong away support.
Edouard has had an injury interrupted season so far but was at his devastating best in the March derby where he scored the opening goal and provided the assist for James Forrest with the winning goal.
More of the same please big chap ?????????????????
