Neil McCann felt that Celtic shouldn’t have been awarded the penalty that drew them level with Hearts before going on to lift the Scottish Cup at Hampden yesterday.
In 1998 he was a cup winner with Hearts but the last decade hasn’t been too kind to the man that started the season in charge of Dundee before being sacked before Christmas.
Celtic’s penalty was the incident that seemed to upset McCann although it wasn’t mentioned by Craig Levein in his post match analysis.
Our Sportscene pundits can’t agree over Celtic’s penalty call in Saturday’s Scottish Cup final ????

When Odsonne Edouard decided to race onto a hopeful ball into the penalty box from Jonny Hayes there was no immediate danger to the Hearts goal.
For reasons best known to himself Bobby Zlamal decided to race out towards Edouard, while the keeper did then try to hold back his left knee knocked the striker to the ground.
Edouard scored from the penalty spot then struck the winner with eight minutes left to play as Celtic clinched the Treble Treble while McCann grumbled in the Sportscene studio.
