Chris Sutton wasn’t impressed by the latest interview from Alfredo Morelos, repeating a familiar message about transfer delights around the corner.
An interview to a media outlet in Colombia was quickly picked up by the Daily Record and The Sun as he discussed a likely move to Spain or England.
The non stop hype around Morelos seems to overlook four red cards, no goals against Celtic and a two goals in six Europa League matches with the striker falling for the myth hook line and sinker.
Hasn’t won anything… been sent off multiple times and dreams of playing in a “more competitive league “…???? https://t.co/TU2KMKMgYq

Morelos has signed two additional contracts since moving to Ibrox in the summer of 2017 with the new deals agreed after wild bouts of transfer speculation.
Reports of interest from China, France and Turkey have virtually been confined to within Scotland.
Unless he starts scoring regularly in European competitions or at international level it seems certain that he will be overlooked for the sort of transfer that is much discussed but sadly lacking in substance.
A very definite no thanks. Lovely guy but not for us.https://t.co/CEqQb0uIej
