From 1945 to 2016 Celtic managed three trebles, a feat that they have matched over the last three seasons of unbroken domestic success.
Brown stepped up to collect the trophy with Lustig at his side, while the skipper has signed up for another two seasons the Swede will be out of contract next month.
If Saturday was his last appearance for Celtic Lustig signed off in style with the brilliant headed assist for Odsonne Edouard’s winning goal.
