The French defender has quickly gained a lot of new followers as hoops fans look for the first signing of the summer to bolster Neil Lennon’s side.
French publisher L’Equipe were first to pick up on the story, when a transfer originates in a players’ home country it tends to be the real deal.
Jullien has been producing regular updates without mentioning Celtic that has convinced fans that he is the centre half that the team is crying out for.
The flight time from Paris to Graz or Vienna is just over an hour, if Jullien has completed his medical he could well be revealed as a Celtic player later today.
Celtic play FK Weiner on Saturday but if the deal is completed today it’s likely that the new bhoy will be given his debut against St Gallen on Tuesday.
