Leigh Griffiths is back on Twitter to mark his return to action with Celtic.
From December to the start of May the striker was restricted to the occasional tweet about how he would return to action as rumours spread online claiming that he was about to be sacked by Celtic or forced to retire from football.

Griffiths heard all the rumours, largely kept his head down as he spent days in the gym before returning to action with a goal against Pinkafeld in his first appearance of 2019.
That was followed by another goal against Wiener as Celtic stepped up the quality of opposition as they build up for the new season.
After two 45 minute appearances Griffiths was given the full 80 minutes as Celtic took on the St Gallen u-21 side yesterday morning.
The former Hibs striker kept twitter buzzing with four goals as Celtic raced to a 9=1 victory, next week the action gets serious in Bosnia but after 10 days on the continent it looks like Griffiths’ return to action is almost complete.
