Footy Headlines have hinted that New Balance may have had second thoughts about the third kit that Celtic will release at the end of this month.
There was almost universal dislike for the ‘silver and pink’ design recently leaked with many fans horrified at both the colours and design.
Production is likely to have been at an advanced stage but with New Balance dealing in massive numbers it wouldn’t be impossible to have a revamp at a particularly hostile reaction to a leaked kit.

Last night in Sarajevo Celtic wore their new home kit for the first time in a competitive match with the lack of green noticeable to television viewers.
At the top of the front there is a missing green hoop while only the underarm on the sleeves has the green ‘hoop’ with the outside entirely white.
Celtic’s change kit is mainly amber/yellow in a throwback to the kit used in the 2002/03 Seville season with that shirt worn memorably away to Boavista when Henrik Larsson’s goal took Celtic into the UEFA Cup Final.
