Celtic Underground have tipped Romain Perraud to be the latest arrival at the home of the champions.
The long running Twitter account tries not to take itself too seriously but has a more than decent track record when it comes to arrivals and departures. On the Kerrydale Street message board they are also credited with the first mention of the significance of the letters E, B and T.
On Monday night Celtic Underground confidently predicted that the deal for Boli Bolingoli-Mbombo was almost completed, 48 hours later the defender was explaining that Celtic is a hard club to turn down.

Perraud has had a couple of mentions over the last fortnight after enjoying an impressive loan spell at Paris FC last season including one match watched by Neil Lennon.
The only issue however is that he is a left-back to add to Kieran Tierney, Johnny Hayes, Bolingoli-Mbombo, Andrew Gutman and Daniel Church!
Perraud is under contract to OGC Nice but with Celtic’s French connection strengthened by the £7m arrival of Christopher Jullien it wouldn’t be a surprise if the bhoys at Celtic Underground have struck a rich seem of inside information.
