Celtic will discover the extent of Kris Ajer’s injury over the next 24 hours.
Neil Lennon gave a hopeful update on the shoulder injury that the defender suffered but did you the word ‘popped’ which could mean a dislocation.
A dislocated shoulder can be popped back into place the first time but if it happens again surgery is required which can result in a lengthy lay off.
???? NL: “Ajer popped his shoulder, but we think he’s okay now. Mikey had cramp, but I was very impressed with him. Boli also cramped up but should be fine.”

Ajer was replaced by Olivier Ntcham in the 76th minute with Nir Bitton moving back into central defence.
The young Norwegian has been Celtic’s outstanding defender this season, playing mainly at centre-half or right-back.
Jozo Simunovic was left out yesterday as Celtic struggled to an extra-time win over the Championship side to book a place in the last eight of the Betfred Cup.
Celtic’s medical staff have a number of players to assess before Lennon gets round to forming a team for Thursday’s Europa League clash against AIK of Sweden.
We would need to go in with an amazing offer to get Meling while Rosenborg are preparing for a Champions League Play Off, I don’t think that we’re in the habit of doing that, likely to be a last weekend scramble.https://t.co/8UkxBPgtLl
