At exactly the moment that the transfer window CLOSED the club from Ibrox announced the signing of Ryan Kent ‘subject to international clearance’.

We will find out in the morning from the SFA whether the deal has been registered on time after a long day of negotiations.

As the clock ticked by there was growing speculation about the signing, suddenly, dated 3 September the club announced the signing which was immediately picked up by Sky Sports and other media outlets.
