Leigh Griffiths won’t be part of the Celtic squad to face Cluj tomorrow night.
The striker has been out of the matchday squad since Matchday 1 away to Rennes and is still to regain full fitness following a groin strain and virus.
With Vakoun Bayo suspended after being red carded against the French side Lennon was hoping to have Griffiths back but revealed at today’s media conference that the former Hibs striker can’t be considered.

Odsonne Edouard will start the match tomorrow with the striking options limited. Mikey Johnston and Mo Elyounoussi can play as a striker but neither has played in that role this season.
Lennon will have a number of options in defence with Hatem Abd Elhamed, Moritz Bauer and Jeremie Frimpong available at right-back with Nir Bitton an option in central defence.
After taking a point from the trip to Rennes a win over Cluj would set Celtic up perfectly for the double-header against Lazio that will have a major bearing on the shake up of the group.
