Moritz Bauer replaces Haten Abd Elhamed in the only change from the Celtic side that beat Cluj for today’s game at Livingston.
It’s a like for like replacement with the on loan Stoke defender stepping aside for Elhamed after starting last week’s 1-1 draw at Hibs. Vakoun Bayo returns from suspension to earn a place on the bench.
After beating Livingston, at the time managed by Kenny Miller, 3-1 on the opening day of last season the hoops struggled through two goal-less draws against the newly promoted side.
On their last visit to the new town referee Kevin Clancy missed a head-butt from Dolly Menga on Ryan Christie that forced the SFA Compliance Officer into issuing a retrospective two match suspension.
Last weekenf Gary Holt’s side lost 2-1 away to Hamilton but despite a number of changes to the side from last season, including the loss of defenders Declan Gallagher and Craig Halkett they were still sitting in the top half of the table until Kilmarnock’s win at Tynecastle yesterday.
