Thrilled Jullien posts Insta message after Cluj thriller

Somehow he managed to avoid getting his name on the score-sheet but Christopher Jullien now knows what it is like to be a Celt.

Two months ago he must have had a few questions in his mind as he watched Cluj celebrate four goals from his vantage point on the substitute bench as his Champions League hopes died a death.

Since that night Jullien has came into the Celtic side, settled and is now making his mark with a promising partnership alongside Kris Ajer.

During a 15 minute spell in the first half the former Toulouse defender got his head onto three crosses into the penalty box, none of them hit the net but team mates Odsonne Edouard and Mo Elyounoussi (with the help of a Cluj thigh) ensured that Jullien’s efforts didn’t prove costly.

With Neil Lennon at the helm a vibrant young team is coming together with Jullien clearly loving every minute of his Scottish adventure- especially the rapport that he has built up with the Celtic supporters.
