Vakoun Bayo has posted a ‘force to you’ message after having his injury scan.
The striker picked up an injury during Celtic’s 4-0 win over Aberdeen at Pittodrie where he replaced Odsonne Edouard.
After missing the matches against St Mirren and Hibs Neil Lennon admitted that another scan was planned for Monday that could rule Bayo out for six months.
‘Force for you’ leaves open to interpretation the result of the scan with Lennon keen to have striking alternatives to Odsonne Edouard.
Leigh Griffiths returned to training last week, after more than two months out of action the former Hibs striker could be involved in Sunday’s home match against Motherwell.
After missing the second half of last season Griffiths scored three times in the opening weeks of the season but hasn’t been involved since making a 15 minute appearance against Hearts at the end of August when he replaced Bayo.
