Chris Sutton only required two words to respond to the latest Alfredo Morelos story.
The frenzy around the value of the striker has gone into overdrive with pundits and publications outdoing each other to come up with the most outrageous figure.
Around £25m is probably needed to keep the lights on at Ibrox through until the end of the season. Since Steven Gerrard was appointed manager around £2.5m has been brought in from transfer fees thanks to the sales of Josh Windass and Daniel Candeias.

Since his initial contract in 2017, after signing from HJK Helsinki, Morelos has signed two new deals at Ibrox but still trails in way behind Jermain Defoe and Steve Davis in terms of wages.
Throughout his time at Ibrox Morelos has been linked with mystery clubs in China, Turkey, France and Mexico as well Aston Villa, Newcastle and West Ham however at the end of last season Gerrard admitted that the only offer he had received was for 3m euros.
Without having played a competitive international match it’s highly unlikely that Morelos would qualify for a work permit to play in England.
