Olivier Ntcham and Jeremie Frimpong come in for Hatem Abd Elhamed as Celtic face Motherwell looking for three SPFL Premiership points today.

A groin injury rules out Elhamed while Ryan Christie drops onto the bench with either Ntcham or Callum McGregor going into the advanced midfield role.

After away days at Hampden and the Stadio Olympico Neil Lennon’s side will be pleased to be back on home soil as they attempt to strengthen their postions at the top of the table.

In the second week of the season the hoops enjoyed an emphatic 5-2 win at Fir Park but Steve Robinson’s side have bounced back and were sitting in third place until Aberdeen won 3-1 at Ross County yesterday.

Motherwell come to Celtic Park in confident mood after back-to-back home wins over Kilmarnock and Livingston but with the hoops having a 100% home record Lennon’s side are strong favourites to take full points this afternoon.

CELTIC: Forster; Frimpong, Jullien, Ajer, Hayes; Ntcham, Brown; Forrest, McGregor, Elyounoussi; Edouard

SUBS: Gordon, Bauer, Bitton, Taylor, Morgan, Christie, Rogic
