Leigh Griffiths was given a warm welcome as he made his first Celtic appearance in almost three months.
When James Forrest put Celtic 3-0 up it was time for Neil Lennon to introduce the forward with Odsonne Edouard given a well-earned breather.
Griffiths got 20 minutes in his legs as he attempts to pick up his career after almost a year out of action, firstly for personal reasons then with a thigh injury.

Neil Lennon signed the striker from Wolves in January 2014 and appears to have a special understanding with the 29-year-old but there is no room for sentiment when there is a close run title to be contested for.
Edouard has virtually been a one man strike force this season but with 10 matches still to be played before the end of the year the Celtic boss is keen to give the French u-21 striker some down time.
On Thursday Celtic take on Rennes in the Europa League with their place in the knock-out stage in February already secured.
