Neil Lennon has given a shout out to the up with the larks members of the Stranraer Celtic Supporters Club.

A 12.15 Sunday kick off in Dingwall is about as unappealing as the SPFL gets with fans across the central belt needing to be on the road about 7am to stay ahead of the inevitable delays on the A9 northbound.

For one supporters club, among the most southernly in Scotland 7am was a few hours into the trip as they set off to back the bhoys at the most northern out post in the SPFL Premiership.

I heard a story this morning that a bus left Stranraer at half past four.

The road and the miles to Dingwall were rewarded with a convincing 4-1 win for the visitors to make in 10 successive wins across three competitions.

Two first half goals from Ryan Christie were viewed from a distance before Tom Rogic and Mikey Johnston put the points out of reach before the Stranraer based fans hit the road south knowing that their backing is appreciated by the management.
